FEARS & PHOBIAS

Most people have some low levels of anxiety this is normal and healthy, however when out fears and phobias limit our choices and our ability to do certain things that we would otherwise choose to do these fear should be addressed. Some phobias are actually fairly common and the list of phobias runs into the hundreds (at least). Some of the more common phobias are:

Often people know they should be able to control their feelings at a rational level, but are unable to do so, which can be both upsetting and frustrating to them. Hypnotherapy can help reach the root causes of the issues and deal with the fear at a subconscious level. Hypnotherapy NLP and EFT can be very effective at treating phobias.

Phobias can be treated fairly quickly (normally a matter of weeks rather than months). I offer a free first consultation to give you time to speak about your issue and to get full details on how this is affecting you. I then give you an idea of the sessions that are likely to be required. Treatment is often (on average) 3 - 6 sessions depending on the severity.
