Why do you want to quit smoking and become a non-smoker?

If you are ready to become a non-smoker I can work with your subconscious to release you from smoking and help you move forward to a life free from smoking.

Sessions take approximately 1½ -2 hrs:     I take full detailed case history including your smoking habits

                                                                     I use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and some Emotional Freedom Techniques EFT (if appropriate)

                                                                     I use hypnosis and suggestion work to reinforce the new beliefs and decisions you have already made.

I offer a free booster session within 3 months (not normally required)
