To make permanent weight changes requires changes of beliefs and habit changes. When conducting sessions for weight loss I run a free initial consultation in which I find out about you and your habits and your belief systems which surround your issue with weight. I find out your reasons for eating what you do and when.

I use hypnotherapy Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help you let go of unhelpful habits, beliefs and develop new healthy ones. I motivate you to become more active and alter your perceptions of food. Hypnotherapy helps you to eat smaller portions and remain satisfied, drink more water daily and eat healthier food allowing you to become more satisfied with what you are eating. "Thinking slim". I also use hypnosis to develop a new healthier body image and help you to set yourself realistic and achievable goals.
